Durable Medical EquipmentDurable Medical Equipment (DME) covers a wide range of equipment. Mobility Plus specializes in wheelchairs, manual and power varieties, scooters, orthopedic lift chairs, hospital beds, standard variety, and those requiring specific support surfaces, i.e. gel overlay. Mobility Plus has always sold equipment that is classified as DME such as scooters and lift chairs . We also sell residential stair lifts, which one might put in the same category, and we carry the Sonaris Bathmaster tub lift, a fantastic product. If you need help getting in and out of the tub and would really like to take a soothing bath, the Bathmaster is the way to go.
Many DME products are covered by Medicare, Medicaid and/or private insurance. At this time Mobility Plus accepts Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and we also have our JCO accreditation.
