I ran across a web site this weekend and I think this is one of the coolest things I've seen in a while.

Lance Blair is an amputee and Intensive Care R.N. who works evenings to be able to pay to put smiles on the faces of disabled people. He runs the non-profit organization "Disabled Explorers" who takes folks with disabilities on overland adventures at no cost to them.  

Lance pays for this out of his own pocket and through donations. If you would like to help Lance out with this more than worthy cause you can donate through PayPal on his web site. www.disabledexplorers.com
